Can taking a game-break during office hours improve your work performance? Well, some studies are suggesting that it does.

” If staff spend too much time on online activities that is not work related, it´s more likely there is a problem in the management than amongst the staff, continues Christian. If I saw too much private Internet use in our office I would take it as a clear warning signal that people don’t feel motivated in their work place. By simply restricting Internet access, you don’t solve the actual the problem. You just deny it”. Says Christian.
