We will be hosting a real estate deal review session on December 15th at Withers Bergman. Our real estate deal forums provide informational reviews of real estate deals and real estate strategies among members of our group. We will have a combination of funds and sponsors presenting their opportunities for informational purposes. Our keynote speaker will be Ryan Severino, economist from REIS. Another topic of discussion will be U.S. dollar exchange rates and foreign investors in primary and distressed sectors. Past speakers have included economists Sam Chandan, Richard DeKaser and Brad Hunter, Commentators including MSNBC and Bloomberg frequent guest Steve Hagenbuckle and more than a dozen funds.

Historically attendees have been High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Funds, Real Estate Investment Bankers and Institutions. Hedge funds dealing with CMBS and other collateralized instruments or illiquid securities also attend. Deals are domestic and international. Our last several events have sold out as demand to present and attend has been
strong. The reception starts at 7:45 a.m., presentations begin at 8:15 a.m.
