Energy Saving product AIRCOSAVER qualifies for 50% rebate incentive with San Diego Gas & Electricity

Smith Environmental Products, a distributor of environmentally friendly products, is pleased to announce that their energy saving control for air conditioning units (AIRCOSAVER) has successfully qualified for a 50% rebate incentive with San Diego Gas & Electricity (SD G&E).
Proven Savings
In order to qualify, the AIRCOSAVER had to prove its energy saving claims and was therefore installed in various AT&T cell sites. San Diego Gas & Electricity’s engineering department logged energy consumption, temperatures and various other parameters with and without the AIRCOSAVER at each of the test sites for several days. The test demonstrated an average aircon energy saving of 20% over all test sites – this equates to cost savings of approximately 1000 USD per site per year.
As a result of the successful test, SD G&E clients can now claim back 50% of the product cost when they decide to get an AIRCOSAVER installed.
