Hotel South Avenue is a prominent budget hotel located in the central business area of South Tukoganj offering a variety of services at its premises. The hotel is divided into two blocks. The first block became operational in 2002 with the opening of the hotel while block operations in block two started in the year 2012.
The first block has a bar-cum-restaurant, the front desk reception, a banquet hall Heritage with a seating capacity of 150 to 200 members in the basement and 20 well-appointed rooms. The second block houses chic & modern rooms and suites along with two plush banquet halls Imperial with a seating capacity of 70 members excellent for a kitty party or small family birthday, anniversary, engagement, etc., parties with soothing music to make your party memorable. The second banquet Skyline, the open air rooftop banquet has the capacity for 80 to 120 members and is a superb place to hold a children’s party or family get together.
When contacted, Mr. Dawar owner of the hotel said, “All three banquets are air conditioned and equipped with public speaking systems for meeting and conferences with projector available on request. We offer various packages for hosting of parties in our hotel’s banquet halls, prices begin at Rupees 185/- per plate up to 550/- per plate. We have an elaborate menu including North Indian food, South India, Continental food, Chinese and Italian.” He further added, “One of the USPs of the hotel is located in South Tukoganj which is a well known place in the city for hosting such events and parties.”
