The ISDIP Inaugural Legends of Diversity Award Honorees

CARY, NC  – The International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals (ISDIP), the first global comprehensive association for the diversity and inclusion field, spanning all industries and sectors, is proud to announce 15 Legends of Diversity Award honorees.

These inaugural honorees, all widely recognized as pioneers in the diversity and inclusion field, will be recognized at the Legends of Diversity Dinner to take place during the Inaugural International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals Conference, “Elevating the Diversity and Inclusion Profession,” April 24-27, 2012, in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. This will be a historic gathering, because this will be the first time The Legends will appear in one location to be recognized for their outstanding accomplishments in the field. The Legends include:

As part of this extraordinary honor, each Legend will receive lifetime member status with ISDIP. Most of The Legends will also present at the ISDIP Inaugural Conference which will also be rare for any diversity and inclusion conference.

“It will be an enormous honor to have these giants in the diversity and inclusion movement not only attend and present at our inaugural conference, but also be inducted as the first lifetime members of our association!” said Dr. Cassandra D. Caldwell, Ph.D., founder and chief executive officer of ISDIP. “The International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals would not exist, if it were not for the courage, tenacity, and influence of these pioneers.”
