Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, has won the Customer and Brand Loyalty Award in the Domestic Commercial Airlines Sector, at the third annual Loyalty Awards. This was the airline’s third consecutive victory in this category, having previously been honored in 2009 and 2008 respectively.

The award was received by Mr. Rahul Kucheria, General Manager- Relationship Marketing, Jet Airways, at a gala award ceremony at the Taj Land’s End, Mumbai on January 27, 2010.

The Loyalty Awards are the outcome of a combination of consumer research undertaken in 6 Indian cities- a sample of 50,000 Consumers aided by nominations received from organizations. These awards are governed by a jury who, on the basis of the above 2 findings, decide the final award winners in each category.

According to Mr. Nikos Kardassis, CEO, Jet Airways, “At Jet Airways, the relationships we develop and nurture with our guests is perhaps our greatest asset. We have always endeavored to delight our guests with our world-class product and customer service, both in the air and on the ground, and various lifestyle value additions as part of our Jet Privilege programme, which has grown to become India’s largest frequent flyer programme.”
