WASHINGTON, DC – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Marc Fischer has joined the firm as ior Vice President.
Mr. Fischer will play a leadership role regionally in the Mid-Atlantic and nationally in promoting best practices and quality assurance across Cassidy Turley’s managed portfolio. With 25 years in property management, he is a BOMA Fellow, LEED Green Associate, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations. As a BOMA Fellow, he has presented and taught on subjects including “What Great Teams Do Best,” “Managing Multiple Generations” and “Creating a Culture of Learning.”

Mr. Fischer joins Cassidy Turley after 23 years at Transwestern, where he was Senior Vice President, Management Services. At Transwestern, he provided executive oversight of a regional management portfolio consisting of 16 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
He earned both graduate and MBA degrees from Loyola University in Baltimore.
