EMERGING ARTIST, MARK UNIVERSE RELEASES NEW ALBUM “TOMORROW STARTS TODAY.”
Hailing from Pritchard, Alabama—Mark Universe, recently released his new Hip-Hop single and accompanying music video, “Think I’m Picky,” a song focusing on his style, likes and desires. When asked about his new single, he stated “By writing this song, I was able to express my feelings more openly and freely about my style and desires, and reaching back to help out my city. I love Atlanta, I also imagine my fans around the nation listening to this song and relating to being “Picky” about their life decisions, and wanting to reach back and help out the needs of the cities they live in.”
Mark Universe burst onto the music scene a few years ago with his single “Get It” which is featured on the “Tomorrow Starts Today” Album’s Top Five Songs and received international and local airplay. Since then, he has shared the stage performing at various concerts and festivals in Atlanta and various other cities.
Last weekend, Mark Universe performed at the 33rd Annual Sweet Auburn Festival in Atlanta. A couple of weeks prior to that, Mark Universe performed at the 7th Annual Salute the DJ’s concert in Atlanta as well. Mark’s highly anticipated Album will be released on Friday, June 9th, 2017, which also happens to be his birthday! What a celebration it will be!
Living in the city (Atlanta) that is the Hip-Hop Capital of the World, and is known for its great Hip-Hop Artist. Mark has been influenced by many. His style though is uniquely all his own. “I also make some of the most amazing beats”, Says Mark. “I write for some talented artist as well”. “I am hoping to collaborate with some of the Nation’s top Artist”. Mark Universe often travels to the West Coast and the Southeast to perform and showcase his outstanding talent. He is looking forward to doing a college tour in the fall.
