MyTyLyfe is a health and wellness blog written by Tyneka Fantroy-McCall for black women. Often, people see health and wellness as diet, nutrition and exercise. However, at MyTyLyfe, they believe that health and wellness should affect the mind, body and soul. This includes: relationships, self-esteem, and body image, amongst other things.

Tyneka Fantroy-McCall said that she “Is just excited for this opportunity to help women like her succeed!” She also states that she hopes to provide “comic and stress relief”  for women who need it.

MyTyLyfe also offers readers to purchase items that the writer actually uses straight from the site.  A new feature is the Ask Ty section. A recipe book is coming soon!
