		<description>This is the secret of good recruiting is having a network.  I would caution that this is a market where good candidates are available through no fault of their own and right now it is a buyers market.  Things will change but so long as you can find the candidates you need, why pay fees?  Only makes sense.  

The one caveat I would add is to take with caution the recommendation of a replacement for someone who is leaving a position.  Nobody wants to be outdone, even if they are no longer at the job.
