Preferred Staging is the only real estate home staging company serving the Washington DC to be admitted into the program.
Long & Foster’s Home Service Connections® vendor program relies upon referrals from its agents, employees and participating vendors to identify service providers that meet Long & Foster’s acceptance standards. The participating vendors must demonstrate, among other criteria, evidence of required insurance and appropriate licensing, and have a written contract with Long & Foster outlining their obligations to the program.
