Mar 03, 2010 – PMP (Project Management Professional) is a designation given to a person who has work experience of 3-5 years in the field of project management. The candidate must also have undergone 35 hours project management education and have a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in the required field. It is offered by Project Management Institute or PMI certification. There were around 359,953 Project Management Professionals (PMPs) globally distributed all over in June, 2003.
