Event Benefits Area Children and Adults with Special Needs

RALEIGH, N.C. (March 4, 2008)— Dana Dorroh, managing partner of One Source, a firm that specializes in recruiting architecture, engineering and design talent, announces today the company is sponsoring the 23rd Annual A Toast to the Triangle. The firm is a Silver Circle Sponsor, donating $2,500 to the foundation. One Source has been a Corporate Sponsor since 2002.

Proceeds will benefit the Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc., which in turn supports the programs and services of The Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities. A Toast to the Triangle will be held March 9, 2008 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the N.C. State University McKimmon Center.

“A Toast to the Triangle is a great event and provides benefits to many Tammy Lynn families,” says Dorroh, a board member of Tammy Lynn Foundation since 1996. “This is a great event that I am proud to continue to support.”

Organizers are seeking to raise $200,000 to support Center operations, including educational, residential and family support services for children and adults with special needs. The Center has served this special population for the 38 years.

. Approximately $6,000 was raised and given to the Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation’s Building Fund. Since 1986, the event has been held annually to raise funds for the Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc. and its affiliated organizations. The event offers an astonishing array of culinary splendor from 40 of the Triangle’s finest restaurants, caterers and purveyors of fine wines and specialty beers. Attracting more than 1,300 people, last year’s event raised over $175,000 for the Center’s programs and services.
