A website lures visitors by claiming that great domain names can still be found

A

A website, just launched (www.dotcomhunter.com) is claiming that by using it’s system, clients can still find great domain names. For their sites, products, projects or just resale. While this sounds like a good promise, it’s hard to believe in that. Good domain names are hard to find since start of the nineties and some think even impossible.

An Internet domain name is a name that identifies a computer (more likely server) on the Internet. The shorter and easier to remember the name, the more likely the user will return to the site and perhaps even share the site’s address with somebody. It’s one of the site’s assets. Free visitors are very important in today’s competitive web-scene, as pay-per-click and other advertising methods are getting expensive. New projects, sites on the Internet strive to have the best domain name available, and the domain name itself becomes a very important asset as the project continues.
