Ampush Social‘s mission is to help advertisers leverage the scale and precision of the Facebook media platform to develop and engage their customer graph.
Our social products allows advertisers to leverage Facebook and drive engagement and customer acquisitions. Our technology platform builds right into Facebook’s ads system giving us the control and precision to build and manage large scale Facebook Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities
-Code mission critical applications that help run the business
-Help run our entire stack: UI/Design work, application development, database management and server administration
-Work with founders and development team to innovate around our advertising platform
-Help build media buying platform utilizing APIs such as Google Adwords, MSFT AdCenter, DSPs/Ad-Exchanges, etc
-Help architect and build platform that optimizes advertising buys and user experience
-Potential for large data analysis and optimization across our media buys
-Build (from scratch) a robust and detailed analytics platform
-Help build report interfaces, data feeds, etc
-Innovate and ask smart questions
Requirements (Please do not apply if you do not meet these criteria.)
-BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
-Solid performance at a top school/top company
-2-4 years of web engineering experience
-Deep experience in the LAMP stack and Python
-JavaScript coding experience and familiar with a JavaScript framework such as Mootools, YUI, JQuery, Prototype, or similar.
-Deep experience with front-end scripting including: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
-Deep experience with web application architecture and relational database design
-Understanding and demonstrated adaptation of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns
-Have built many things and deployed them
-Self-motivated, reliable, entrepreneurial and innovative
-Quick, Efficient and Productive
Pluses
-Experience with SEM, SEO and Display Advertising
-Previous experience in performance marketing, online advertising and lead generation
-Previous start-up experience
-Management experience
-Familiarity with EC2 and S3
-Experience with various advertising related APIs
