Fluent in Dutch and English, with a little Spanish in the mix, he has served clients in Milford and surrounding areas in Pike County. He is a member of the Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.The Bayside, N.Y., native is an eight-year area resident. Prior to joining the team at EXIT Realty Associates, Andrei worked as both a listing assistant to the broker/Owner at Weichert Realtors in Milford and as a sales specialist.
Andrei brings some special abilities to the table, before entering the Real Estate arena, Andrei worked as an information technology consultant and in various sales positions. With his understanding of Technology and Sales, He is able to make use of the internet to not only advertise homes for sale but to bring in buyers. He has utilized this understanding to create in-house programs for analyzing data/market trends to make sure you get the right price for your home whether you are buying or selling.
