Noted East Bay Business Banker Joins First Republic
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 14, 2007 – First Republic Bank, a leading provider of wealth management, private banking and private business banking services, today announced that Angie Coffee, a senior banker and local community leader, has been appointed Senior Managing Director – Business Banking.
Coffee will work with commercial banking clients in the East Bay at the Bank’s Walnut Creek office at 1400 Civic Drive.

Coffee, who has 35 years of financial services experience, is one of a number of highly experienced bankers to join First Republic’s business banking group in the Bay Area since August.
Prior to joining First Republic, Coffee was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Greater Bay Bank in Walnut Creek for nine years. Before that, she was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of CivicBank of Commerce in Walnut Creek for 14 years.
Coffee’s community involvement includes serving on the Boards of the Contra Costa Council, the Commonwealth Club of California, Special Olympics – Northern California and Nevada, California State University – East Bay, and California Bankers Association State Government Relations Committee. She previously served on the Boards of Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce, STAND, De La Salle High School, Civic Arts Association, Diablo Regional Arts Association, and JFK University Regents.
