New Architectural Survey Service Launched

A new architectural surveying service has been launched by Chartered Surveyors based in North London for clients who are planning to and undertaking building works and projects in and around the M25 area.

The new service is being offered by Peter Barry for both residential and commercial properties and is designed to give a complete end—to-end solution for all types of conversion, alterations, renovating and building projects.

Peter Barry has a number of experienced Chartered Surveyors who can advise on architectural planning and plans and legalities that will affect building projects, as well as advice on planning consent, building regulation approval, party wall notices and landlord’s consent.

The new architectural service also develops and produces detailed architectural plans to fully comply with planning and building regulation requirements. Peter Barry are also offering a complete project management service as part of the service which will help to give clients complete control over their projects as well as peace of mind. The project management is tailored to the client’s requirements and includes advice on building contracts, payments and account details, regular site visits and provision of scheduled works and specifications as well as selection of contractors for building works.

Peter Barry is a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulated firm and has a team of expert Chartered Surveyors who will deliver this service working with clients.
