The Grabow-Hill Company has announced the release of I Present to You! Web Presentation Tools Version 2.0. The suite of software tools were designed to help sales professionals quickly turn routine B2B telephone sales calls into live web presentations. The software was created by twenty year sales veteran and small business owner, Alan Hill, who took a product he had developed for his own personal use and began to market it commercially in the summer of 2007.

“Because I didn’t set out to create software that would be used by anyone but myself” Hill explained, “I hadn’t received much input from other sales professionals during development. That meant questions and comments by initial users were absolutely critical if the software was going to be successful in the marketplace. We took every suggestion very seriously and began developing the next version almost immediately.”

Many of the new features in I Present to You! Tools 2.0 can be found in the suite’s newest software tool, the Pic Presenter program. Those features include a whiteboard/telestrator that can import images from almost any source or device, and then allow users to make annotations directly on the images before sharing them with viewers anywhere in the world. The program can also re-write presentation screens on the fly with a click of the mouse, allowing for impromptu presentations that can be customized and personalized for each viewer. During live presentations, Pic Presenter users can capture and share video stills, images from its built-in PDF reader, or even create and capture images from popular spreadsheet, presentation and CAD programs using its object linking and embedding capabilities.

In addition to the Pic Presenter, I Present to You! Tools include the Presenter’s Portal software, used for creating web portals, the Web Presentation Designer, for writing live presentation screens, and IPTY Multi-Media & Web Link, a program to help users get started and then keep up to date with news and informational videos.
