Atlanta, GA January 31, 2014— BURST Agency has been quite busy these past few weeks developing and structuring their new public relations department. BURST Media Group will fall under its flagship company, BURST Agency, but will focus solely on the public relations aspect of their clients. With the constant expanding and confusion of social media, maintaining all these platforms is not as simple as it used to be.
Everyday technology developers and designers roll out some type of new media platform or a “bundle” all your apps together…app. It can be quite a difficult task for any one person of importance to maintain a busy schedule and find time to update a status, write a blog, and upload photos to multiple accounts. As the world evolves its technology resources, public relations firms are beginning to take notice of the importance these new tools have to offer. Not only does social media allow users to reach a follower base instantaneously, but also allows followers a closer look inside their personal and public lives.
When asked about why BURST Agency has decided to make this move, CEO Cynthia Walton said, “As an Image Brand Specialist doing PR for our clients comes with the territory. After being called upon numerous times by entities in the Corporate and Non-Profit sectors to handle their Public Relations, I had a light bulb moment. I realized that BURST Agency is great at providing PR services for our current clients, so therefore it would behoove me to include PR in my list of services to others as well.”
The current information on services BURST Media Group will provide is still unconfirmed. Details and information should be released in the up coming months once the structure and operations plan for BURST Media Group is officially announced.
