As part of her extensive experience as a nurse, Ms. LeCroy has over fifteen years focused on pelvic health. She is employed at the Virginia Women’s Continence Center at the Virginia Women’s Center in Richmond, Virginia. She describes the group as a unique private practice with a wide range of nonsurgical and state-of-the-art surgical treatments available. Their multidisciplinary approach helps them provide the highest possible care to their patients. Among other awards she has won are the Catherine Ann Lawrence Literary Excellence Award and the Continence Care Champion Award from the National Association for Continence.
