Note to Editors
love2read was set up by experienced teacher Caroline Edwards when she was looking for reading material to inspire her own child. But instead of searching for a suitable book, she made her own! The book she created using her own family photographs was a real hit, encouraging her to make some more. Her youngest child, who was only two at the time started picking up the books and was even recognising words on the pages.

Caroline, who lives in Henley-on-Thames with her husband Fred and their three children and launched love2read in 2007. The rest, as they say, is history and love2read has already begun to take off throughout the United Kingdom.

A personalised book such as “2008 My year…” costs £14.99 + £2 P&P, but order two books and postage is free. The professionally printed books will be mailed within ten days of an order.

love2read is constantly adding to its range of books and the website offers some expert guidance on teaching your child to read.

When you order a book from love2read, it can be personalised to your own child’s particular loves and tastes. The themes are age-related and link to what they will be taught when they start school.

These truly personalised books also make ideal gifts from grandparents or family friends. You can even add the child’s name and a personal message on the front cover.
