The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CTREIA, is announcing its October Monthly Meeting with guest speaker J.T. Foxx. This event will take place on Monday, October 19th, from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, at the Cromwell Plaza Hotel in Cromwell, CT. This workshop will focus on how to utilize networks and partners to fund future business adventures. This workshop will also discuss how partnering, branding, networking, and marketing can help real estate investors when banks are not lending money. Other topics that will be discussed include how to develop a strong presentation and how to communicate with business partners.
