Comtrol Europe has now added to its RocketLinx range a new 28 port fully managed Industrial Ethernet PoE Plus Switch (RocketLinx ES7528). This is a 28-port fully managed Ethernet switch featuring 24 10/100 Base-TX PoE Plus Ethernet ports and four Gigabit/SFP combo ports for high speed uplinks and/or fibre connectivity. This new product with its wide operating temperature (-25° to 70° C) and fanless design makes it ideal for industrial applications where a large number of PoE devices are needed to be powered. The RocketLinx ES7528 has been designed for highly critical PoE applications such as real time IP video surveillance and wireless communications systems.
The RocketLinx ES7528 managed Ethernet switch offers a unique mix of value added features including:
• 12.8Gbps switch fabric, non-blocking switching performance, 8K MAC address table
• RSTP and advanced ring technology
• Supports jumbo frame up to 9,216bytes
• VLAN, GVRP, QoS, IGMP snooping V1/V2/V3, rate control, port trunking, LACP, RSTP, STP & LLDP
• Management is via console CLI , Web, SNMP V1/V2c/V3, RMON, HTTPS, SSH and NetVision network management software
• Advanced security feature supports IP security, port security, DHCP server, IP and MAC binding, 802.1x network access control
• Event notification by e-mail, SNMP trap, and syslog
