New homes at two new developments in Lincolnshire are being launched at Kings Manor in Coningsby and in Skegness at The Chase development in conjunction with buyer schemes that are available on selected properties on both developments.

The developers, Chestnut Homes, have constructed the new homes that range from two to four bedrooms and come in two designs, `The Holly’ and `The Juniper’. The Holly has two bedrooms, a family bathroom and open plan living and dining space. It also has a downstairs cloakroom. The Juniper is a three-bedroom family house with a bathroom, open plan living and dining space and downstairs cloakroom.

Chestnut Homes is offering a range of initiatives to help buyers buy their first property or move. Homeowners with properties to sell can take part in their part-exchange scheme. First time buyers who don’t have enough money for high deposits can take advantage of their shared equity scheme which enables them to pay for up to 80% of the total price, putting down a deposit of 5%. The remaining 15% balance is financed by Chestnut homes and is payable over ten years or when the property is sold, whichever is sooner. Chestnut Homes’ other schemes will help to find buyers for homeowners’ existing homes and also in an additional scheme, Chestnut Homes will pay estate agents’ fees.

There have also been additional incentives on the two new developments in Lincolnshire with discounted prices of between £5000 and £10,000 on the asking prices.
“These two and three-bedroom homes are ideal for first-time buyers and young families, and due to popular demand we have now released a mixture of seven additional Hollies and Junipers for sale at Kings Manor in order to meet this demand,” says Elise Windmill, Marketing Assistant for Chestnut Homes.

The Chase new development is located close to Skegness with easy access to the coastal town’s facilities, leisure amenities, theatre, nature reserves and six miles of beach.
Kings Manor is situated in Coningsby which is a village that dates back to Viking times. It is located close to the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Fens and has local amenities and shops nearby.

Prices start from £107,500.
