Montreal, Quebec ? September 12, 2012 Allô Mon Coco and DSD Groupe Design recently unveiled the innovative redesign and rebranding of its new restaurant located in St-Eustache, Québec.
Allô Mon Coco owners Tom Bountis and Greg Konstantakos opened the first restaurant location in Ste-Dorothée, Quebec back in 2001 when that segment of the restaurant industry was in its infancy. The executive team wanted to enhance the Allô Mon Coco brand by giving their customers a restaurant concept that appeals to all of their senses.
DSD Groupe Design was approached by management with the mandate to design a concept that would take full advantage of the space, optimize traffic flow and provide an exhibition cooking area that allows clients to take in the full restaurant experience.
Dimitri Smolens, President of DSD Groupe Design in consortium with Robert Ruscio of Ruscio Studio, chose a well-researched, casual theme based on the restaurant chain?s namesake or «eggs» which are the English translation for coco in the brand?s name, Allô Mon Coco. Egg yolk shapes can be found painted onto the walls, an elaborate chandelier and sleek fixtures provide subtle lighting and comfortable 50?s style booths are essential design elements that serve as branding power signals.
The executive team was extremely pleased with the final outcome and will use the design in all of its new locations. With its innovative design, selection of high quality breakfast and lunch meals and dedication to pleasing its customers, Allô Mon Coco has all of the tools it needs to exceed its customers? expectations and carry out the expansion phase of its business strategy. The owners plan to double the chain?s locations every years for the next two years before opening other markets in Canada and Internationally
