Eikon Bible Art Announces New Bible Learning Products for the Month of February

For the month of February, Eikon Bible Art has ramped up its delivery of Bible stories in DVD format, following a successful launch in the previous month. Fans of traditional learning materials, which help instructors all over the world deliver the word of God to youths of all ages and maturity levels, need not worry because Eikon Bible Art has no intention of abandoning the tried and true, time-tested format which includes PowerPoint slides that leverage the very best that art can offer to capture attention and elevate the learning experience. Eikon Bible Art launched three new products in the traditional PowerPoint and activity pack format to accompany several new lessons produced in the new DVD platform to help deliver Bible stories for children.

Eikon Bible Art presents the story “Wilderness Temptation” in teaching aid format, to tell a tale of an epic battle between good and evil, culminating in the revelation that indeed, Jesus is able to resist the temptations of Satan, and that there could be no doubt that Jesus is the son of God. “Wilderness Temptation” is rich in detail, doing great justice to the story as told by Matthew, and includes pictures showing Jesus in various phases of the story, including the final scene when Angels came to minister Jesus.

Also featured in February is the story of “The Death of Samson.” In this teaching aid package, students are walked through the dangers of treachery and that all men and women for that matter can fall into the trap of those who wish to do harm to them. The most potent way to ward off evil and other detractors would be by following the word of God, and in that regard, Samson failed as he yielded to the temptation posed by one sinister woman named Delilah. By snipping off Samson’s hair, Delilah managed to eliminate Samson’s source of strength, and thus render him vulnerable. Ultimately, students will learn that when we ignore God’s teaching, we are opening ourselves up for trouble; moreover, when students will learn that when humans associate with those who despise God, little by little those humans will drift away from God, and the departure will be so gradual that they won’t realize that the Spirit of God had departed them until it is too late.

The story “Jacob’s Ladder” continues on with the theme of danger many will face if they don’t follow the word of God. Jacob, having exercised self-exile to avoid the wrath of his brother whom he had deceived, finds himself dreaming of a ladder that connects heaven and earth, a ladder employed by the Angels to ascend and descend. Atop the ladder is the Lord himself. In his dream, Jacob communicates with God and comes away convinced that there is only one true God, and that everything great and small was created by God. More importantly, he learns that even though his treachery has betrayed God’s will, God is still willing to provide him with an opportunity to fulfill God’s design on his life. With those lessons learned, Jacob commemorates the moment by anointing a rock with oil, and calling the place “Bethel.”

Finally, for February, Eikon Bible Art ramps up its production of DVD format lessons, delivering Bible stories for children in a format that can be directly consumed by the children, who know exactly how to interact with DVD videos. The familiar form, the engaging art, the action and ultimately the lesson told through the story is a compelling approach to spreading God’s word. In February, the following titles were released: Easter 1 and 2, The Power and The Glory, Parables of Jesus 1 and 2, Life of John the Baptist, Failure and Redemption, Faith and Redemption and Miracle of Jesus 2.

“Our Legends of Life format has proven to be very popular with our clients, and we have focused on releasing quite of few titles in February, to accompany our traditional learning aids, of which we released three in this month,” explains Alan Lockhart of Eikon Bible Art.
