Press Release: Now there are two schools!
Ever wonder how some people become so good at skiing and snowboarding in such a short period of time and they rarely go to the snow? Usually they are the humble and quiet type that let their actions speak volumes for them. Most of these skiers and snowboarders rarely tell you that it is through frequent lessons, exercising proper techniques, practicing in real ski and snowboard situations and experience success at every session. So how do they get good without massive snow time?
There is a place to ski and snowboard in Sacramento hidden from view that only the well informed know of. Behind a cafe whose name I will not mention but is as unusual as having snow fall in this city or finding a mighty gorilla in a refrigerator.
The skiing and snowboarding are in instructional format to teach beginners the art of the sport, to advance intermediates and to train advance and professionals to hone their skills. No walk-ins are allowed and everything is by appointments.
Riders are on actual skis and snowboards and ride a moving slope. Lessons are kept short but frequent since ½ hour on the Endless Slope is like a day of skiing or snowboarding. The rides are endless as the surface they ski and board on revolves underneath them allowing them to suspend on the carpet as long as they keep edge and carve. S-turns require absolute precision and this is where the practice to become better begins. If you try to ski or snowboard improperly you won’t be able to stay on the endless slope.
However, beginners and intermediates are given aids that allow them to feel the success of skiing and snowboarding through such devices as training bars and belts. As the students develop and perfect their skills they become less dependent upon the aids and begin to ski and snowboard freely. Attaining this level allows them to transition onto snow with their ability to ski and snowboard.
Students have to be serious about wanting to improve and committed to several lessons so that athletic riding ability is developed. For those who are serious about improving, they will inevitably come across the website www.endlesslope.com where they can contact the school and sign up. Its the best kept secret in the ski and snowboard world and we like to keep it that way because we love to work with students who really want to become better and only the determined will discover us. The good news today is that a second school is opening this season in San Francisco. Again, if your determined you’ll find the information on the website and we are there for you.

Sincerely,
