Escapade release new website

E

Escapade has launched a new website to mark its 30th year of trading in the costume and party industry. The new website showcases Escapade’s extensive range of thousands of fancy dress costumes and accessories providing visitors with a new interface that makes it easy to search, navigate and make purchases through a streamlined buying process.

With 30 years experience in bringing consumers across the UK the best fancy dress at the best prices, Escapade has developed the new website to focus on delivering an easy and enjoyable shopping experience to the customer.

New features which have been added to the website include a price match guarantee, with Escapade offering to match the price of any competing fancy dress company should customers find a particular costume cheaper somewhere else.

The shopping experience has also been made easier, as customers can now browse costumes by categories including gender, price, product name or popular themes, such as costumes for Halloween. Users will also be able to zoom in on costume pictures or view videos so that customers can get a clear idea of what the costume will look like when it is being worn.

Other features include a faster ordering service with an auto-fill address section, a brand new FAQ section and monthly competitions that allow customers to win back the price they paid for their costume.

Bhupendra Maisuria, director of Escapade, said: “The new Escapade website has been completely redesigned in an aim to capture the fun of fancy dress and to make a more enjoyable and easier to browse shopping experience for our customers. As we enter our 30th year in the fancy dress industry we are excited about the changes taking place, our biggest ever collection of fancy dress costumes and the launch of our new website.”
