This includes standard conventional foams, talalay latex foams, memory foams and convoluted toppers available in various types and configurations. They can also custom make foam to fit just about any seating or cushion application. Now customers can conveniently price out and even order foam for their dining room seats or sofa cushions online. Moreover, there is a giant selection of pillows, pads and wedges to improve comfort in and around the house. Moving outside the residence they have available foams for even outdoor seating applications such as patio furniture or boat seating / bedding.
In the commercial markets, Foam Factory specializes in packing just about any goods that can be stuffed in a box and shipped. The Foam Factory is a brick and mortar business located in southeast Michigan. This company’s humble beginnings was started in 1980 in the owners basement and has grown to encompass a corporate facility. These products are available in raw form or can be fabricated to customers specifications. The Foam Factory is capable of skiving, slicing, convoluting, shaping all 2D and most 3D shapes by CNC blade cutting, manual blade cutting, water jet cutting, hot wire cutting and die cutting.
