(Conyers, GA – Tuesday, December 18, 2007) Georgia Real Estate Mentor and Coach Tim Winders will be “donating” three full days of real estate investor training and teaching in an effort to raise $30,000 for the Fuller Center for Housing. The free event will be held in Atlanta, Georgia from February 29 to March 2, 2008 at a hotel near the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

Millard Fuller, who was the founder and served as president of Habitat for Humanity for 29 years, is now leading the Fuller Center for Housing in an “unrelenting quest to provide adequate shelter for all people in need worldwide.” Mr. Fuller, whose vision and effort has placed over 1.25 million people worldwide in 200,000 homes, is scheduled to attend the event, where he will speak to the attendees, then take part in a meet-and-greet and sign books.

Commenting on attending Winders event, Fuller said, “I was a real estate investor myself in my early 20’s, so I am excited to be speaking to this great group of people. And I really enjoy sharing our message to provide adequate shelter for all families.” He added, “And, this group can help us fulfill that mission.”

Winders, known as “America’s #1 Real Estate Business Coach”, has coached and trained over 2440 students throughout the United States. He continues to mentor real estate investors that have a strong desire to create large, profitable real estate businesses that run on autopilot.

“I was recently introduced to Millard Fuller and his vision to eliminate worldwide poverty housing and I wanted to do something unique to help,” said Winders. “I typically do two to three of these events per year that help new and experienced investors get training to buy and sell houses. This event will be no different as far as the detailed content. We are just taking all registration fees and donating that amount to the Fuller Center.”

Investors typically pay $500.00-$2,500.00 to attend similar real estate seminars that feature first-rate content and expert training, but Winders is waiving those fees in return for attendees giving a small $229.00 donation to help eliminate poverty housing.

The seminar will last three full days and will feature Winders’ teaching and training his “7 Step System to Real Estate Success.” This is the same system that he used to build a successful, $12.7 million real estate business in just 35 months.

“It just seemed like a good idea – real estate investors helping provide housing for those that are living in substandard conditions. Our goal is to have 100 participants pay $229.00 to attend. If we reach the 100 goal, I will round the total contribution up to $30,000.00,“ Winders added.
