As Rudra Pratap, Marketing Manager of Aliens Group, explains, futuristic living is a concept that creates an interaction between an individual and his/her home. He says one can control all devices at home with the help of one master remote control, and home automation is done with an integrated touch panel. Every room is fitted with remote-controlled switches, relieving a person of the hassle of from getting up the bed wand walking up to the switch board.

Visitors’ movements can be monitored from within the house and also security systems can be enabled or disabled. Maybe, you will forget the keys forever while locking the door or more so while opening the main door. Biometric identification system is fitted to the main door to identify the persons in the home.

Motion sensor cameras give the access to find who is moving around. Power, water, gas and other utility bills are all centralized.

If you have a hybrid car or an eco-friendly electric car, just charge it with the socket fitted in your parking lot. Gas leak and smoke detection is, of course, an add-on along with fire alarm, wet sprinklers and rescue areas.

If you want, your maid can enter the house even if you are not there with a ‘maid-mode’ access control facility. If kids return home, one gets an SMS in the mobile phone and their access to gas knobs and TV can be controlled too, says Mr. Pratap.

Think of the midnight, you don’t have to search for the switches of bathroom light. They turn on on their own sensing movement.

The car park area is specially designed by Dufill Watts Consulting Group of New Zealand. Emission of carbon-dioxide is detected in the parking and is exhausted in no time. The air is kept clean around and one doesn’t sweat or suffocate in the parking area, says Rudra Pratap.

In case of fire, residents don’t have to search for staircase to climdown. They can walk to another group of flats in the same level and climb down without any hassle.
