FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
GAMING HORIZON CHANGES NAME, LAUNCHES NEW VIDEOGAME BLOG
October 25, 2007 (Virginia Beach, VA) – Gaming Horizon Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the Web’s newest gaming news and review blog, GameBump.com, the latest incarnation of Gaming Horizon. GameBump is a news and review blog site designed around the concept of reader participation. No longer will a staff, professional as it is, be deciding the reader’s content – readers at GameBump have the ability to bump stories up or down at a whim. Stories bumped up – the content that readers will most want to view – can be positioned at the top of the page either by day, week, month, or life; this new system enables readers to view the hottest stories at-a-glance. Viewer’s who’d rather see all content unfiltered, however, are also able to indulge their senses with whatever the staff is dreaming up.

Readers at GameBump can expect timely, 24/7 updates from a dedicated, core staff – the same staff behind PSX Network and Gaming Horizon – as well as upfront disclosure of any corporate sponsorship for events or gaming trinkets in accordance with the site’s new integrity policy, integrity being a rare thing in the vast, rumor-filled world of broken web links that is the Internet. Content is presented entirely in a blog format and accessed via a convenient tag system that not only allows readers to search for their preferred content but also lists the most popular tags for immediate information availability. GameBump writers stand behind their material and are more than willing to engage their readership in debate or work with any company – even the ones without corporate jets – that wishes to provide the gaming community with quality products, and all without being swayed by meaningless swag.

In addition to announcing the launch of GameBump, Gaming Horizon Inc. is also pleased to introduce various contests in the immediate future to celebrate the completion of its latest project. Gamers who are interested in entering the contests as well as joining the new GameBump community may do so by visiting GameBump.com and registering at the right to filter stories by date/bumps.

About Gaming Horizon Inc./GameBump:
GameBump is a site that has been around for years under various names and monikers. The site was originally founded in 1998 as PSX Network, a humble yet effective IGN affiliate until 2001 when the team decided to fly solo as Gaming Horizon. While Gaming Horizon incorporated various updated technologies, gorgeous eye-candy, and a slew of interactive features including in-depth reviews and timely content, we thought it best to integrate these elements into a new system, one that promoted a user-friendly service without the visual clutter.
