Two days of tests and challenges to the sound of brushes and dryers for more than 280 hair stylists who joined the competition of hairdressing organized by A.N.A.M., Accademia Nazionale Acconciatori Misti
A congress center trasformed in a beauty salon for coiffeurs. Protagonist of this unusual metamorphosis has been the Grand Hotel Terme Astro in Tabiano, which, for two days, saw more than 280 hairstylists challenging in a battle of brushes and dryers to win the North Italy Award and the “Beauty Workshop” competition.
This competition, that took place the 1st and 2nd of May, was the right occasion to compare the latest styles and trends: waves and pleatings according to the 80’s style, chignons rivisited in a new and modern sensibility, or short haircuts for a timeless allure.
On Sunday the participants confronted each other for the North Italy Award, on Monday it was the turn of the “Beauty Workshop” with the participants divided into two categories: “Masculine Hairstyle” and “Feminine Hairstyle”.
In addition to the tests which followed one another without rest, the kermesse organized by the Accademia Nazionale Acconciatori Misti (A.N.A.M.) also provided in-depth seminars held by three internationally renowned groups: Polverini Group, Rastelli Team and Gruppo Ricerca Professionale, the current champions in the world of hairstyling.
After the prize-giving, the curtain has been brought down on the event. Hair slides, combs and curles by magic all disappeared and the conference hotel with its meeting rooms, the beauty farm and the team building activities found again its usual look: welcoming, professional, perfectly equipped.
