Harbourside New Development in Bristol is Launched

A new development in Bristol is being launched in Bristol city on the harbour waterfront that is historically Bristol’s floating harbour.

UK house builder, Crest Nicholson, has built 272 new homes in Bristol on the waterfront site including a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The Harbourside development also features three bedroom villa homes built over four stories.

The 16 acre Harbourside area has been undergoing regeneration since 2005 with new homes, entertainment facilities, restaurants and commercial offices constructed on the site. All of the two bedroom and three bedroom apartments and villas have en-suite bathrooms to the master bedroom in addition to a family bathroom, and are available with private balconies.
Crest Nicholson is also redeveloping a site previously known as Canon’s Marsh into commercial offices and residential new homes for sale in Bristol.

Harbourside is a short walk from Bristol City centre and a moment’s walk from a range of restaurants, bars and shopping areas along the harbour. There is also a thirteen screen multiplex cinema with 3000 seat capacity on the site.

Crest Nicholson is offering buyers who reserve a new home in The Crescent on the Harbourside development during July a £10,000 discount.

Prices start from £249,950.
