Holiday Shopping Won’t Mean More Business For Every Company

While many companies are known for their increase in buyer revenues, there are some that will more than likely suffer due to the season when it comes to new sales. One such company is TopSavings.Net which relies primarily on B2B sales for it’s gross of sales.

“We offer consumer services as well, but when it comes to our particular niche in the online market, it just doesn’t seem to be the season to be responsible and thrifty”, says CEO of TopSavings.Net. TopSavings.Net’s site offers telecommunication services to residential and business shoppers, not exactly the gifts that bring soft glowing family moments to mind.

TopSavings.Net however is slightly optimistic for their cell phones offerings this season despite the drop in business sales. “We’ve noticed more and more cell phone purchasing over the years during the season, so we might be able to make up for the revenue loss of the B2B sales, but we can only hope.”

TopSavings.Net had plans to have an online comparison shopping mall open by the holiday season, however, development plans and vendor issues have put the plans back on the drawing board for now. They hope to have their online mall ready and open for business by summer 2009, well before consumers start their gift shopping.

“Next season, we might have something to root for, but for now I feel like the Grinch”, laughs Siegel. Only next year will tell for this one online company, but there are many others that will be celebrating the wealth that only a holiday can bring this season.

TopSavings.Net is an e-commerce business that has been offering telecommunications to consumers and businesses globally for almost a decade from their location in Santa Cruz, CA.
