A brand new development in Essex has been launched by Weston Homes.

The new homes for sale in Essex are at Saxton Park in Grays on the site of the former Grays Athletic Football Club located there for over 103 years. The new development features a variety of 95 new homes including two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom family homes, coach houses and town houses.

All of the new homes in Essex are designed and fitted to a high specification. Luxury designer kitchens are included with a choice of units, integrated appliances and a hob and oven. All of the properties feature a choice of walnut or oak veneered doors and flooring, a selection of carpeting and a Sky+ connection and telephone points to the living areas and bedrooms. The bathrooms are fitted with high quality designer suites and come with a choice of ceramic wall tiles and flooring.

Most of the two bedroom apartments feature an en-suite shower room. All of the apartments have communal gardens for residents as well as a private terrace or balcony and the new houses include private gardens. All of the new homes have allocated parking and telephone entry systems and some properties come with a private garage.

Bob Weston, Chairman and Chief Executive of Weston Homes, comments: “Saxton Park is another exciting launch for Weston Homes, offering high quality, good value homes in a prime Essex location. At Weston Homes we are continuing to build new homes in a market that is in short supply and Saxton Park will provide a high level of quality homes where people want to live.”
The new development in Essex is situated close to major rail and road routes as well as to two large retail parks at Lakeside and Blue Water. The M25, A13 and A127 routes are close by and train times into London are 35 minutes. There are also numerous leisure venues including indoor and outdoor sports facilities, fitness centre, swimming pools and a golf club.

Weston Homes also build new developments in Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, East Sussex and London. They won the Best Medium Housebuilder What House? Award in 2010.

Prices start from £140,500. The showroom on the site is open from 10am to 5pm every day.
