Nancy Nordstrom, empowerment speaker and goal strategist with Imagine Nation, a goal realization service, is taking advantage of the modern age by hiring virtual associates to manage, promote, and grow her business. She began by inviting Karen Koenig to be her Director of Operations. Melissa Tisi-Spiller of Cedar Park, Texas and Beth Buffington of Murrayville, Georgia will also promote Imagine Nation. “These women are responsible for creating and developing leads for speaking events,” said Nordstrom. “In addition to their practical skills in the virtual world, they also bring a sense of energy and ingenuity that is needed right now. The virtual business world is growing at a rapid pace, especially in today’s market of skyrocketing Nancy Nordstrom gas prices and high employee overhead. “As a business owner,” said Nordstrom, “it just makes sense to outsource work that can be done just as easily, if not better, by others.
