Brand new initiatives have been launched by a major home builder in Scotland.

Robertson Homes are offering buyers for their new homes in Scotland a twelve month mortgage-free period. The initiative will be available on a selection of their new developments in Scotland located in Ayrshire, New Stevenston and Dumfries.

The new developments included in this scheme are at King’s Park in Ayr, Fisher Grange in Kilmarnock, Colville Gardens in Motherwell and Brannock Park in News Stevenston. There are also additional discounts available on some of the new houses.

Other initiatives from the home builder are available to help people buy, sell and move home. Their Deposit Assist scheme features a 5% assisted deposit where Robertson Homes will match a buyer’s deposit up to the deposit value of 5%. Their Easy Move scheme will help towards easing the selling and buying process. In this scheme, all of the estate agents fees are included, with up to £500 available towards advertising a property, the home report costs are covered, legal fees for sale and purchase to a value of up to £1000 is paid and £250 is available towards removal costs.
The home builder is also offering buyers a reservation fee of £99 and on some plots there is a £1000 cashback offer.

Melissa Burns, Robertson Homes sales manager, says: “The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to buy a new home. What’s more, after the expense of Christmas, it’s the ideal time to be safe in the knowledge there will be no mortgage payments to make for twelve whole months.”

These initiatives are available for a limited time only, and are available on selected homes by the home builder. Prospective buyers who want to visit one of these sites in person can visit from 10.30am to 5.30pm from Thursday to Monday.
