The Eastern PA/Southern NJ District joins ten current USA Districts as part of a planned aggressive expansion in both North America and the international golf community.

Saginaw, TX April 10,2008—Vance Diezel, veteran Philadelphia golf industry promoter and media guru, will launch the Eastern PA/Southern NJ District for IPT, with schedule starting in June Saginaw, TX . The International Players Tour (IPT) announces the opening of a new District with Philadelphia as the metro hub, with events planned in Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. Events will start in June, 2008 and will be posted on the IPT website www.ipgtour.com shortly. This will provide avid golfers in the Mid-Atlantic and the Northeast enough events to qualify for the 2008 Tour Championship in November @ Marriott’s Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas , where the winner’s share will be $20,000. Vance Diezel, an avid Philly golfer, Publisher and tournament promoter for several years, looks forward to bringing the IPT’s unique concept to the Philly area. “We are excited to have an opportunity to bring Philadelphia area golfers a chance to play in a tour setting for real money and prizes. The thing we like about the IPT is that golfers of any level can compete using the IPT handicap system and it allows everyone to ‘Live the Dream’.”

The Eastern PA/Southern NJ District joins ten current USA Districts as part of a planned aggressive expansion in both North America and the international golf community. Each District conducts events with the following divisions:

1. Net & Scratch Divisions – IPT will execute nearly 200 events in up to 15 cities in the U.S. utilizing scratch (gross) and handicap (net) scoring formats for both male and female non-professional golfers. The season concludes with the 2008 Tour Championship where the net player winner’s share will be $20,000.

2. Senior Tour Division – IPT will execute 18-20 events throughout the system for professional golfers aged 47 and over, culminating with the 2008 Senior Tour Championship where the winner will capture an estimated $10,000 prize.
Ron Beaman, IPT Founder and President, is thrilled with the opening of the new District, stating, “This is a great day for the IPT. Being able to expand into a huge metropolitan market like Philadelphia/New Jersey is a huge boost to our expansion. With as many golf courses and golfers in the area as anywhere in the country, this will provide many avid golfers with the chance to compete for significant cash awards.” And he added, “And with a veteran like Vance at the helm, the Philly operation will quickly provide a launching point for further development in the Northeast.”

About International Players Tour (IPT)

International Players Tour, operated by prior management of Champions Golf Tour (CGT), was launched in January 2008 for the purpose of bringing PGA style competition to avid golfers everywhere. Operations began in April 2002 under the banner of the Champions Golf Tour, which was founded by Ron Beaman in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. Ron developed a business model that would provide avid recreational golfers a chance to play in an environment similar to major tour events – “inside the ropes” for significant prize money – utilizing a proprietary handicap system.

After conducting its first event in June, 2002, CGT followed with 17 tournaments in 2002 and awarded nearly $60,000 in prize money. Significant and sustained growth has occurred in subsequent years in player participation, number of events, and prize money. With over 1200 players in their system, IPT management conducted over 150 events in 2007 within ten state and twelve metropolitan city areas with payouts exceeding $570,000. In 2008, the IPT will conduct 200+ events in fifteen different metro areas, culminating in the Tour Championship at the Horseshoe Bay Marriott Resort in Texas, with the winner taking home $20,000 in GUARANTEED first place prize money!

“The Model that Works” is now being adopted effectively and implemented successfully in multiple cities, with projected expansion into 5-10 new markets each year – including international locations – through a unique licensing rights program.

In addition, IPT has expanded its 2008 Senior Tour Division schedule to include 10-12 new 54 hole events across the USA. The Senior Tour Division provides playing opportunities for seniors with competitive aspirations on the PGA Champions Tour or maintaining their level of competition for significant purses.
