Faculty development Programme is meant for school teachers and counsellors. During the sessions we share our knowledge and information, it helps understand the manner of rational counselling and solve the students’ queries in a more informed and rational manner. It is a new technique where business scenarios are replicated in the class room environment.
This replication not only uses case studies but also value software usages, scenarios like Planning of Market, Action to launch new products, supply chain management using software, how to save company incurring losses etc. Through these students not only learn the theoretical fundamentals but actually get hands on tackling the real life problems and scenarios involved.
