Today at the 2012 NFP Finance Sector Conference in Wellington, Magnetism announced the official launch of Relationship Information Centre (RIC), their relationship management solution designed specifically for non-profits and NGO?s.

Developed to assist non-profit organisations grow fundraising and reach new levels of operational performance, RIC is a heavily-customised layer over Microsoft Dynamics CRM with functionality to support critical non-profit functions such as fundraising, grant/entitlement allocation, membership management, event management and volunteer communications.

Built to integrate tightly with financial packages such as MYOB, Xero and the Microsoft Dynamics ERP suite, RIC has the capability to transform both front and back-end operations of non-profit operations of all types and sizes.

?We?ve done a great deal of work with non-profit and NGO organisations over the last 10 years, and through this process we have learnt a lot about the issues they face? says Magnetism?s Managing Director Mark Smith. ?We also understand the operational constraints within which they have to operate.?  ?RIC is where this knowledge has come together in a total solution.  The ongoing development of RIC is a key focus for us and we believe this is one of the most comprehensive relationship management packages available to non-profits anywhere in the world.?

Magnetism?s track record with the non-profit sector is extensive and includes having developed solutions for New Zealand Red Cross, Life Church, Taratahi Agricultural Training and the New Zealand Coast Guard.

Life Church?s Clayton Smith, an early adopter of Magnetism?s solution credits the technology with having a widespread positive impact on their organisation. ?Our old system was very much one-way traffic ? we could enter data, but didn?t get much back out of it. Now we have a system that can automate our processes and allow us to get the necessary information out to run our organisation.?

Magnetism?s RIC is made even more accessible to non-profit organisations through Microsoft?s software donation program. As part of Microsoft?s commitment to the non-profit sector in New Zealand, non-profit organisations may be eligible for a software donation from Microsoft via TechSoup New Zealand . Charity pricing is also available to eligible organisations.

Magnetism have authored a white paper ?Achieving operational performance and funding growth: The role of technology in the Not-For-Profit sector?. This document can be downloaded here.
