A new development in Suffolk has been launched by local East Anglian house builder Hopkins Homes.

The new homes are located at Abbotts Grange in Saxmundham and consist of two bedroom apartments, two, three and four bedroom family houses and a two bedroom bungalow. There are ten styles of houses and apartments, and most properties come with a garage and parking space. All of the properties have been traditionally designed to the local character of the area to integrate sympathetically with the local architecture and environment.

James Hopkins of Hopkins Homes said: “There’s something about the look of older buildings that appeals to all of us. The design, the scale and the feel – it’s something many architects have forgotten. Our approach is to take to take all the qualities which have stood the test of time to build homes that are easy on the eye and that blend with their surroundings.”

The new homes for sale in Suffolk are situated in the historic market town of Saxmundham which is located in the centre of the Heritage Coastal region in Suffolk, England. The new development is accessible to the town centre and schools, shops, sports and leisure facilities. Major rail and road routes are also accessible to Ipswich, Norwich and London.

Hopkins Homes are also offering part exchange and assisted sale schemes on the new homes. The company, who has been building homes since 1992, specialise in recycling and regenerating Brownfield sites into new habitable developments often with retail and business units incorporated as part of the development.

They have sold two new homes at the site. Prices start from £149,950.
