to improve the performance and responsiveness of its network

access switches from Force10 Networks. The Atlanta-based customer relationship management
(CRM) software provider selected Force10 1/10 Gibabit Ethernet switches as part of an overall
network refresh designed to improve reliability and performance and better position the business
for rapid changes in the marketplace.

virtualized data centers. FTOS leverages a distributed, multiprocessor architecture coupled with
non-blocking, low-latency switching to offer the performance capabilities that LeadMaster wanted
