A brand new Christian music site, Lifter has one goal: to spread the word about Christian bands, concerts, albums, and videos. We cover uplifting music only, so no death metal grunge here. Unless it’s uplifting.
At launch we have an exclusive interview with Dustin Kensrue from the band Thrice about his new venture as the worship leader at Mars Hill Church. We have reviews for the new onething LIVE release, the band The Modern Post, and several other features and reviews.
We do not cover secular media, but we will cover a band like Mumford & Sons or Milo Greene if they have a strong spiritual message. The idea is that, secular media is pretty much covered en masse, but we have a heart for letting people know about Christian media.

The site has a staff of about eight people including a video-grapher, photographer, Web designer, and several writers.
So how can you be involved? For starters, check out the site and post comments. Let me know if you have a band you represent with a Christian message. We also reviews books and movies.
