May 25, 2011 – Lucky Group has been expanding their scrap metal recycling business since its inception in 1973. Having come a long way, they started small but have expanded their operations world wide. Their mission was simple and that was to cater to their client’s specific needs in the scrap metal industry, which led to the expansion of the group’s operations not only in Dubai but also Jebel Ali, Doha, Tehran, Toronto and Shanghai as well. Their key aim was first to expand their sourcing points through strategic alliances with their suppliers and gain their trust through transparent business practices.
As of today they continue this flow of expansion and are working on building trustworthy business relationships with China, having recently met and exceeded the expectations of the AQSIQ in January 2011 for their level of professionalism in efficiency and quality. Also recently, Fortune Metals in Toronto, Lucky Group’s associate company was also honored to welcome the business delegation of China Metal Recycling Association (CMRA) for a corporate visit to its operations. Lucky Group hopes that these would strengthen ties and build better and stronger bonds with the Chinese recycling industry.
