National merchant advocacy group joins with leading membership organization to help business owners save.
Merchants Against Unfair Interchange (MAUI), a merchant advocacy group and MainStreetChamber™, a national membership organization for small business owners that provides free memberships & networking opportunities to help advance small business growth and profitability, announced the formation of a new partnership today.
MAUI’S emphasis to help business owners across America save money on credit card interchange rates and stay informed with the latest credit card association rules & regulations, coupled with MainStreetChambers role to “Engage Small Business for Growth & Profitability” creates for great synergies between the organizations to positively help businesses across the country.
“Working with MainStreetChamber makes perfect sense,” says David Toney, the Chairman of MAUI. “There is no better way to take our message to small businesses than face to face local events.”
Initially, the partnership will focus on helping MainStreetChamber members become aware of the many MAUI benefits. Through local MainStreetChamber networking events, national newsletters, web sites and other outlets, MAUI will be able to reach & benefit numerous MainStreetChamber member businesses across the USA.
Additionally, the organizations will work together to leverage the relationship to open new MainStreetChamber chapters in areas where there is a MAUI Agent, but no MainStreetChamber chapter.
