Vangard Distributing, the domestic sales arm to Western States Oil (Asia) has named Steve Dodd to fill the position of Sales Manager, Latin America Division.
Vangard’s focus on the white oils and greases is expected to supply the ever-growing needs of food grade lubes down south of the border into Mexico.

Steve’s experience in Mexico will help bolster Vangards sales and is expected to account for 10-15% of total revenue in 2009. The company will be offering three brands of it food and beverage product line, and warehousing its requirements for Mexico in the Los Angeles basin.
