Open to the public and credit union members invited

THE EVENT:
Members First Credit Union is celebrating the conclusion of International Credit Union Week by holding a Buckeye Tailgate Party at its Grandview headquarters. As a business involved in its local community, Members First is hosting a party to thank neighbors for their support and to thank its members for their business. The family event is free and is open to the public.
WHAT:
International Credit Union Week is a worldwide observance to recognize the contribution credit unions have made in economic development in local communities, and helping families everywhere achieve their financial goals. Members First will honor its commitment to its community with a fall football tailgate party that will include a Corn Hole Tournament, and free apple cider and tailgate snacks. Door prizes will be given away throughout the event.
To add to the party, Buffalo Wild Wings will be there to hold a wing-eating competition of their spiciest sauce, Blazin’®. Members First is putting out a call for candidates to participate in the wing-eating contest.
WHO:
Former football player for The Ohio State University, Antonio Smith, who was a member of the 2002 championship team, will be on hand to sign Buckeye football memorabilia that the public will bring to the event. After graduating from OSU, Antonio played in the National Football League for the Indianapolis Colts, the Detroit Lions, and the Cincinnati Bengals.
Antonio and former teammate Roy Hall have established The D.R.I.V.E.N. Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to providing a continuum of education programs and support services to underprivileged youths and families throughout central Ohio.
