Online wine retailer Naked Wines (http://www.nakedwines.com), has recently added new Tasting functionality to their richly interactive site.
Avid and loyal customers, otherwise known as Archangel customers, can now set up a tasting on behalf of the company and advertise it online.
Naked Wines aims to find better wine for less money than the supermarkets, and explain that “the best way to see for yourself just how good these wines can be, is to taste them.”
The tasting events, which are being hosted all over the UK, are also being supported by the winemakers themselves. “The producers are delighted to see their customers spreading the word about their wines,” explained a Naked Wine’s employee, “And in return for their support, they’re happy to reward the host with a free case of wine to help recruit new customers.”
Anyone interested in attending one of the tastings, whether they’re a Naked Wines customer or not, can visit www.nakedwines.com/winetastingsuk, type in their postcode, and find out if there’s an event near them. If they’re in luck, they can then request an invite from the host.
